Mexican Rice Recipe

Mexican Rice Recipe is very easy to cook. You should try it at home. It will take just 15 mint to prep it. In my experience when I prep first time it take a bit more time. If you follow my facebook profile marketed by The Marketing Heaven, you probably have seen it already, cause I post pictures all the time. But anyway I show the recipe here.

This Mexican Rice Recipe meet up so easily and cook quickly in a single pot, which makes for an simple clean-up. You can also use in your favorite veggies  From there, the rice is simmered in tomato sauce and chicken broth, along with some cumin and chili powder for that extra kick of flavor.
 

ingredients:

3 tbsp.extra-virgin olive oil

2carrots, peeled and diced

1 small green bell pepper, (diced)

1chopped small onion

3 bulb garlic, thinly sliced
 
2 cop long-grain rice( rinsed and drained)
 
1 tbsp tomato paste
 
2 1/2  chicken broth
 
1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
 
1 can tomato sauce
 
3/4 tsp cumin powder
 
1/2 tsp.dried oregano
 
salt to taste
 

Freshly ground black pepper

1/4  finely chopped cilantro
 

Method

 

In a large pot over medium-high flame heat oil. Include carrots, chime pepper, onion, and garlic, and cook, blending as often as possible, until onions have turned out to be translucent, around 5 minutes. add rice and tomato past and cook, mixing, until grains are toasted, 2 t0 3 minutes.

our in broth, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce and season with cumin, oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper. Heat to the point of boiling.  Cover and reduce flame to low.Stew until rice is cooked through and fluid is consumed, blending occasionally, about 17 minutes.

Mix in cilantro before serving.
