The aloo puri recipe is a treasured recipe for my mother-in-law. It is one of her best recipe for aloo sabzi and is loved everyone in the house.
And I make this dish on weekends, either for breakfast or lunch.
The key and topmost ingredient that flavors the entire dish subtly is ajwain (carom seeds). It in this potato curry brings out the best. The carom seeds help in digestion as well.
