Put boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them. Potatoes must be at room temperature. Add all purpose flour red chili, salt, turmeric, coriander, cumin, oil and knee the puri dough in the mashed potatoes while adding the requisite water until firm dough is created. Turn on for 15 minutes to rest. Grease dough with oil and cover the bowl with a lid and leave the dough for a few minutes to rest. Make small balls of dough and rest them for 4 5 minutes, and then roll them out, make sure that the puri gets thicker from the middle or that it doesn’t puff. Now fry the puri deeply in properly heated oil, and press them gently while frying so they can puff up. Delicious Puri with your own choice of sauces is ready to serve.
