I love mojitos for several reasons:

- No mixer needed = less cleaning when you’re tipsy!
Having a muddler also helps. A muddler is just a stick with a rounded end to crush stuff like lime and mint to release its flavors. If you don’t have one, you can certainly find something else to use— the one pictured here isn’t really a true meddler, but a tool to push tart dough into a bowl— you don’t need to buy a new tool when the mojitos come out only a few times a year.
