But first I explored with trying to wrap avocado fries wrapped in bacon. The tricky thing about avocados is that you don’t want to heat them up for too long or that they’re getting very bitter. I used my first try, the raw bacon.

The raw standard slices (do not use thick cut) have beautifully wrapped and spread around the slices of avocado. It took more than  minutes sadly to get the bacon really crisp, which is how I like my bacon.

Instructions
  1. Slice each Avocado into 8 wedges of equal size. Wrap each wedge with a bacon strip, and cut bacon if necessary.
  2. Working in lots, arrange in single layer air fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes at 400 ° C, until the bacon is cooked and crispy.
  3. Serve warm with ranch.
