  1. Oven preheat to 430F/220C. Line two sheets of parchment paper for baking.
  2. Place the mushrooms clean on baking sheets.
  3. Brush with olive oil to each. Sprinkle over leaves of salt, pepper and fresh rosemary. Bake for 25 minutes, or until crispy and brown.
  4. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

When you put them on the baking sheet to roast in the oven, the mushrooms shouldn’t overlap so I used two baking sheets.
